All prices quoted are in NZ dollars, and all payments are processed in NZ dollars. Your financial institution may charge foreign currency fees on international transactions, please confirm these charges with your provider.
In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Heavenly Sent does not offer exchanges or refunds on change of mind purchases. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is broken or faulty, please contact us immediately and we will replace the item free of charge.
At some times of the year, some products may be unavailable at short notice. Should an item in a gift crate be unavailable, we will replace this item with a similar product of the same value, and, of course, the same high quality.
We cannot take responsibility if an item is undeliverable because an incorrect address is added at the checkout. If the gift is accepted at the wrong address this item will not be replaced or refunded. If the gift is returned you will be contacted to provide the correct address, please be aware that another delivery fee may apply.
