Can I send a gift crate outside of Auckland?

Absolutely! All the Giftology gifts can be sent anywhere in New Zealand and also internationally on special request. Your gifts will be creatively flat packed into our signature keepsake wooden crate with lid. This will ensure your gift contents will arrive in perfect condition and still be an exciting experience to open.

Can I send a gift crate that contains flowers out of Auckland?

Unfortunately, we cannot send flowers outside of the Auckland area. For national orders our Floral Arangements will be replaced with a gourmet box of handcrafted chocolates.

Can I swap out or add a product to one of the gift crates?

Our gifts are carefully curated so that each product compliments the other, and offers a special package for your recipient. If you would like to send something specific we welcome your suggestions and are happy to custom make and personalise a gift just for you. Please contact us to chat about your options.

Where do you source your products from?

Giftology is New Zealand owned and operated, and all of our gift crates are stocked full of items that are New Zealand made right here by kiwi artisans.

Does the gift come with a card?

Yes, we have personalised stationery, please leave your special note in the message box at the checkout. We will have a beautifully hand written card made up to accompany your gift.

Does Giftology offer a service for corporate orders?

Absolutely, we can do any number of gift crates on request. Our corporate clients place orders for special events and client gifts and many have employee recognition gift programmes that we manage for them. Please contact us to chat about how we can help your clients or guests feel extra special.

I often send gifts to clients, can I open an account with you?

Yes, we offer accounts for approved account holders. Please contact us for further information on setting up an account.

I need an invoice, can you send me one?

Not a problem, leave a note in the comment section at the checkout, or contact us with your order details and we will issue an invoice as soon as possible.

My gift hasn’t arrived, what do I do?

If your gift hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please get in touch so we can follow this up.
